Hi! I'm Stepanus Wakidi. You may call me Steve.
I am an education consultant, working at Kanisius Publishing House, a Yogyakarta-based publisher of many educational books and media.

I was born on the 8th September 1969 to a peasant family in Tirip, Banjarasri, Kalibawang, Kulonprogo. Tirip is a small hilly village (dusun) with a very green beautiful scenery around. You should come and visit there someday to enjoy the fresh unpolluted air and have a healthy hiking.

I got my bachelor degree in English Education Study Program at Sanata Dharma University in 1999 with a thesis entitled The Meaning of life in a world without God an analysis of the main characters` insight into life in Albert Camus` The Plague. I'm now living with my wife, Elisabet Sri Hartati, and my daughter, Teresa Gowinda Artati, and my son, Iqna Pramasatya Darmikakalki, in Medari, a village in Tempel sub-district, Sleman, Yogyakarta Special Province, Indonesia.
